4.- RETURN POLICY.

Returns with BXJEANS.COM are at the expense of the buyer. They must be carried out within 14 calendar days from the delivery date. Returns will always be made in the same country as the order. The garments must be in perfect condition (with their tags, unworn, unwashed, and unwrinkled). If you received any promotional articles with the order you want to return, these must also be sent back.
To make the request you go to the "My orders" section of "My Account", select the order and print the "Return/Change Form". If you aren’t registered, go to the "orders" page and introduce your e-mail and order number.
Don’t forget to print it out and attach in your package. (If you don’t have a printer, you can fill out the form you received with your order).
Once the request has been confirmed, the carrier will contact you to specify the date and time of collection.
It will not be possible to change one product for another, so only the size can be changed. To exchange a product for a different one, you must return it and make a new order.
Bxjeans.com will not be able to accept changes or returns of used or defective products (as long as it is not a defect of quality or manufacture).
